Lanificio Colombo is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Each returned garment must be in its original condition, unworn and with all luxury tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit the 'Orders' section of our website to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the security seal is intact, and include the printed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid UPS or DHL return label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Dispatch and Refund

  Drop off your parcel at an authorized collection point or schedule a home pickup; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of quality inspection.
